Be impenetrable.  Repel the venom.  Reject fear.

Listen.  Nod.  Look into their eyes.

Show your joy.  Wear your smile.  Laugh big.

Be you.  And don't apologize for it.

Honor from whence you came.  Cherish your childhood friends.  Celebrate your education.

Shimmy.

Take a break.  A cough becomes pneumonia.  Let them fill in.

Take your hot sauce, whatever your hot sauce may be.  Value the familiar.  Turn everything into your own ideal.

Champion your cause.  Speak for the voiceless.

Fight for children.  Always.

When nature calls, answer.  Even if you have to walk down a long hallway.  Even if it means that you will be late to the debate.

Be kind.  Pick up a piece of paper that someone dropped.  Take a million selfies with others.

Be the best prepared.

Love your family.

Hold tight to your dignity.  Tell others to do the same.

Inspire.

Be brave.  Be bold.  Be the first.
